A unique and amusing ring of an Indian fortune-teller with his crystal ball, a moonstone with a very good chatoyancy. He is wearing a turban set with a ruby, and has emerald eyes. He sits clutching his crystal ball, and the ring shank is a snake which winds from one side of the ringto the other , with the snake's head peeping over the fortune-teller's shoulder. I would date this ring to the 1970s, probably American, as it is stamped 14K, and with an unidentified maker's mark. The ring size is UK 'N' : USA 6 3/4 but is alterable without charge.
